Nameer, bachata and salsa dance teacher in Dubai

I teach bachata and salsa in Dubai. One-to-one or as a couple, from your very first step.

I started dancing salsa and bachata in 2019 and began teaching in 2023. Today I focus on private lessons in Dubai, and I also teach group classes and workshops. I’ve taught lady styling workshops at Latin dance festivals too.

I dance both roles, lead and follow, so I can show you both sides of the dance.

Can’t find your answer? Message me.

Do I need a partner?

No. Private lessons work solo or as a couple.

I’ve never danced before. Where should I start?

You’re very welcome. A private lesson is the easiest start: we go at your pace, from the very first step.

Bachata or salsa: which should I learn first?

Both make a great first dance. Bachata is smooth and close, with a simple basic step, so beginners often feel at home quickly. Salsa is faster, with lots of turns. Not sure? Message me and we’ll choose together.

Can you prepare us for our wedding dance?

Yes. In private lessons as a couple, we build a dance to your song at your pace, even if you’ve never danced before.

Do you teach both leads and follows?

Yes. I dance both roles, so I can show leads how to guide clearly and show follows how to respond comfortably.

Which styles do you teach?

Bachata: sensual, moderna and bachazouk. Salsa: On1 (LA style) and On2 (New York style). Along the way: partner work, footwork, musicality and lady styling.

How long is a private lesson, and how much is it?

A private lesson is 60 minutes. For prices, DM me with what you’d like to learn and I’ll send you the details.

Where are the lessons?

In person, in Dubai. I’ll share the details when we book your lesson.

Do you teach in Arabic?

Yes. I teach in English and Arabic.

Can you teach a workshop at our festival or event?

My workshops run in Dubai, but festival and event organisers are welcome to DM me about lady styling or footwork & musicality workshops.
